FAQ

Who can listen to call recordings?

Only the people your company gave that permission to. Normally that is the administrator and the supervisors of the call queues.

Important points:
- The recording is made by the phone system, not by the user's app.
- Each recording is attached to the call, with the date, the extension and the queue.
- Who listened to what is logged in the system audit trail.
- Your company defines what is recorded and how long it is kept.

If your operation handles customers, state in the welcome message that the call may be recorded. In several countries it is mandatory to say so.
