In TelHarbor plans, the monthly fee covers the platform and the users you contracted. What depends on usage is billed separately:

- Minutes for outgoing calls and, on Toll-Free numbers, incoming minutes.
- Additional phone numbers, local or Toll-Free.
- SMS and WhatsApp messages, according to the volume and the type of conversation.
- Optional services such as additional operators, Help Desk agents or the AI Agent.
- The initial implementation, according to the contract.

In the portal you can see your usage for the period: messages sent, calls and the use of each channel. If your company contracted monthly packages, that is also where you see how much of the bundle you have used.
