The desktop app brings the phone, chat, messages and the secure connection together in a single program.

How to install it:
1. Your administrator sends you a personal activation link. That link is single use and for one person only: do not share it.
2. Open the link on the computer where you are going to use the app and download the installer for your system.
3. On Windows it installs to C:\Program Files\TelHarbor\UCaaS Desktop. On Mac you drag it to Applications.
4. When you open it, the app activates by itself with the data from the link.

Requirements:
- Windows 10 or later, or a Mac with an Apple Silicon processor.
- Permission to install programs on the computer.
- A stable Internet connection.

The first time, the app sets up the secure connection (VPN) and your phone extension. There are no servers or SIP passwords to type in.

If the link has already been used or has expired, ask your administrator for a new one.
