Billing
How to read your billing note
The billing note is the document TelHarbor uses to tell you what you have to pay for the period. It includes:
- The detail by service: monthly fees, numbers, minutes and messages.
- The taxes that apply according to the country the billing is issued from.
- The due date and the payment methods.
- Its own reference number, which you use when you report the payment.
Monthly services are billed in advance; usage, such as minutes and messages, is billed according to what you used in the previous period.
When you pay, send the receipt quoting the billing note number. The payment is applied when it is confirmed in the bank account, and from that moment the balance goes down.
If something does not add up, write to us before the due date, quoting the number of the billing note and the line you have a question about.
